I have been reading up a little on the raw diet! I love the abundance of it, I really don’t think I could do it but it made me realise I could do with adding a lot more raw food in my diet! Some days I can go all morning without anything to eat where I could have been snacking on some raw stuff! Today I juiced half a watermelon! I sprinkled on some mint and drank it… So sweet and so filling and I felt very pleased with myself!!
